There is a Workplace Hazard Prevention Management System which works towards ensuring:

1. The identification, assessment and effective control of the hazards associated to the different jobs with the sole purpose of minimizing work-related accidents and disease.
2. Employee and workplace adaptation through systematic surveillance of the employee’s health condition.
3. The planning of preventive activities to implement the necessary measures for prevention and protection and ongoing follow-up of their effectiveness and efficiency.

Any activity related to the prevention of workplace hazards is coordinated through a Prevention Manager who ensures that the management and those in charge of the different departments integrate and comply with the prevention plan for the activities carried out.
